I went St a Patrick's Day weekend(Saturday night) alone I knew no one abs was just taking a chance. I found everyone very friendly and had some wings that was good sized, abs tasted good. I drank beers mostly, and they were as friendly as I am which is up my ally. Definitely going back!! Highly recommended

I decided on a solo dinner here today based on great past experiences. I just needed a good 'home cooked meal' that I hadn't had in a long while. Right from arriving, being greeted and seated I felt so welcome. The same girl served me as well, with such friendliness and warmth. I had a trout dinner, done to perfection and it was delicious. Following dinner was a tasty rhubarb and ice cream dessert with coffee. So great! Thank you's to my server (never got her name) and chef Steve. I will be back again for sure.

Took my mom here for Tuesday night dinner. Ordered Irish Stew, Chicken Fingers & Fries and Potato & Leek Soup. The stew was piping hot with plenty of chunky cut vegetables, tender beef and amazing gravy. Would order again. Fingers were great too! But the soup stole the show. Piping hot and delicious - served with a slice of homemade brown grain bread. Huge flavor. Service was provided by Rhiannon who was wonderful - patient with my mom, timely and efficient. Thank you Rhiannon! We will be back to try another dish.

Great Staff, amazing food. The roast they put on Friday Saturday and Sunday is amazing. Wings are half off Mondays and are well known in the area. The inside is a very nice wooden Irish pub. Worth the stop.

Classic pub experience. We went for Monday night wing night 8.5 / lb. There were plenty of flavors to choose from and about 20 beers on tap. I recommend the tequila lime wings as they were just the right amount of spice. Wings were large and juicy! This may be my new Monday night spot Edit: I have been back every week for wing night for a month now so amended rating to 5 stars. They also have daily specials!

Was thrilled when I walked into this pub/inn, very much a pub feeling and Irish for sure. There was even a rescue dog named Jet, who was just awesome and loved attention. Unfortunately, the staff, a long tenured lady with some 12 years working there, wasn't so nice to deal with, even snotty at times and it seemed like a chore to ask for things like water (as I'm a recovered alcoholic) my fiancé likes her mixed drinks and seemed like a chore to ask for this as well. It wasn't very busy at all with only a handful of tables around. The same lady was even snotty to the other staff member working. Overall, the establishment itself looked very fun, and the food menu looked great as well Typically, I don't leave such a review. However, there's momments you see when you just feel you need to in hopes the individual changes their tune, becomes a nicer person all around.

This friendly neighborhood traditional pub has been around since I was a kid. They serve up super tender scrumptious tasty wings in a variety of flavours. Family run, and service and kindness far surpasses the boring chain pubs! Its worth the trip to the Tara Inn. Fish and chip Friday yum in a homemade beer battered crispy coating. Check out the Nachos Although it lacks presentation, it was really good.
